At Farmgate we are very passionate about being as environmentally friendly as is feasible.
We try to keep all our food miles to a minimum, buying as local produce as we can while still
aiming to provide our customers with a wide range.
- For All our meat and prepared meals, we use your own container or in sealed paper bags
- all botton organic yogurt and quark are sold in returnable glass jars
- all botton cheeses are wrapped in wax paper and plastic free.
- Treetops cordials are sold in returnable glass bottles
- Our olive oil and rapeseed oil is sold in returnable glass bottles
- Our Jersey unhomogenised milk is sold in returnable glass bottles
- All our side oven cereals and flour we can provide in your own container or paper bags
- All our forleaves tea we can provide in your own container or paper bags
- All roost coffee, ground and beans we can provide in your owners container or paper bags
